Welcome to the Winnebago First Presbyterian Church!

Our church family is pleased you have come to us.  We have been blessed by God to serve the people, and community, of Winnebago for more than 130 years.  Whether you are new to Winnebago or coming back after being away, we hope you will feel our church is your second home.  Under the watchful eyes of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we strive to lovingly and obediently serve Jesus Christ, one another, and build the Kingdom of God as he directs us.

Our Vision Statement

As part of the family of God, we gratefully accept Christ’s charge to us to be agents of reconciliation, seeking to make disciples of those God places in our path. Honoring the vision of our forefathers, we seek to provide the highest quality of Christian education and outreach, now and in the future. As part of our vision, we actively seek to provide meaningful and challenging worship services; practical Bible teaching; vibrant youth ministry to our members and the community; and outreach to those with special needs. We also seek to support and nurture strong Christian homes and be a loving church family.
